Processing Time & Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on your destination. You can view the exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your shipping address. The shipping cost will be automatically updated and displayed in your total.


Shipping & Handling

We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days (during regular seasons). Processing times may be extended during holiday seasons.

Shipping from our warehouse:

We offer a flat shipping rate, so you can order as many items as you’d like without paying extra for shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days (during regular seasons). Delivery times may be longer during holiday seasons.

Late Deliveries

Our shipping partners do their best to ensure timely delivery. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and Kossura Store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Missing apartment, building, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your package’s progress. Please allow 2-4 days for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information in their system.

If you attempt to track your package and no information is available, this simply means the carrier has not yet processed your package. Once the package is scanned into their system, tracking updates will become available.


Multiple Items in One Order

If you ordered multiple items, you may receive them in separate shipments. This allows us to get your products to you faster. If some items arrive before others, rest assured the remaining items are on their way.


Missing Order Confirmation Emails

If you have not received any order confirmation emails, it may be due to an incorrect email address. We send several emails during the ordering process, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us, and we will update it for you.

Delivery to Multiple Addresses

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items delivered to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.


Delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO addresses are handled by DHL Global Mail and transferred to USPS for final delivery through the military mail system. Please note that shipments to APOs may take up to 45 additional days to arrive.

Once a package enters the military mail system, tracking information will no longer be updated for security reasons. This means we cannot provide tracking details after the package has been handed over to military mail.
