How do I place my order?

Placing an order at Kossura Store is simple! Just choose your desired product style on the product page, click the “Add To Cart” button, and follow the easy steps to complete your purchase. We’ll take care of the rest and notify you when your order is on its way.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders from Kossura Store typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. If you’re placing an international order, please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for transit.

My tracking number isn’t working.

Tracking numbers usually take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. If your tracking number is still not working after a few days, please contact the shipping carrier. In rare cases, the shipping carrier may lose an order, and we’re here to help resolve the issue if that happens.

I need help with a late order.

Our standard shipping time is 5 to 10 business days for domestic orders and 1 to 2 additional weeks for international orders. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact us, and we’ll assist you promptly.
