How to Cancel an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. After this period, if the order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.


Custom Orders

Please note that custom-made products are non-cancellable once production has begun. Be sure to review all order details carefully before finalizing any custom order.


Refunds for Canceled Orders

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
