We will refund or reprint your order at no cost in the following cases:

- Design error: the design does not match what was shown on our site.
- The product information (type, size) is different from what you ordered.

Returns
If you receive the wrong or a defective item, there is no need to return it to us. In these cases, we will issue a refund, which will typically be processed within 2-3 business days.
Please Note:
We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following cases:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address, being unavailable to receive the delivery, not picking up packages as requested).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, or marked “delivered” in the tracking system but lost after delivery).

Cancellations (if applicable)
Customers have 24 hours after placing an order to request cancellation. Please note that a management, processing, and transaction fee of 10% of your total order value will be applied to cancellations.
After this period, your item will go into production, and we will not be able to cancel the order.

Exchanges
- In-stock items: Exchange processing takes 1-3 business days.
